Adriann, BA, M.Ed, CSM

Event Coordinator

From a young age, Adriann (she/her) was known as a helper and a learner—curious about how things work, drawn to patterns, and energized by supporting others as they grow. What began as playground problem-solving evolved into a lifelong dedication to learning, teaching, coaching, and advocating with intention and empathy.

Adriann began her professional career in education. She holds a Master’s in Education along with  certifications in bilingualism, literacy, and special education. For 20 years, she served in multiple roles at the campus, district, and regional levels, supporting marginalized populations and leading initiatives centered on access, equity, and student success. This work naturally led her into program and project management in the private sector, where she expanded her systems-thinking and leadership skillset.

Today, Adriann specializes in supporting therapists as they navigate the behind-the-scenes demands of their businesses. Through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on operational leadership, her work allows her to blend strategic thinking with a passion for teaching and collaborative growth—creating a space where learning, leadership, and service naturally intersect. Together, she helps clients reconnect with their purpose, strengthen their systems, and build sustainable practices that support both their work and their well-being.
